Qualified Wholesale customers must register to receive wholesale pricing.
We offer “Free Shipping” for all wholesale orders over $200.00 that are both placed and paid for online at time of checkout only. For customers who wish to be invoiced (i.e., net-30 payment terms), standard shipping rates apply.
All overdue accounts may be reclassified to pre-pay only accounts.
All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order.
Special orders and out-of-stock items may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.
All first-time orders must be ordered online and paid through the online payment options provided or prepaid with a credit card or check.
$50 minimum on first-time orders.
All claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After your damaged/defective merchandise claim is approved, we will advise you of how to proceed. If requested, please return the damaged/defective merchandise within 10 days. Please be sure to specify whether you prefer credit refund to your account or replacement of the returned items.
All merchandise except dated items, seasonal items, and special order items can be exchanged for merchandise credit, if returned within 30 days of date on invoice. All such authorized returns will incur an automatic 20% restocking fee. The wholesale customer pays all return shipping costs. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not receive merchandise credit. CASH REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Return merchandise must be received in good condition with all store stickers removed and in the original packaging. Dated items, seasonal items, and special order items cannot be returned.
Free shipping is for in-stock items only on all wholesale orders. Once they are back in stock, back-ordered items will be eligible for free shipping in a new prepaid wholesale order over $250.00.
Free Shipping is not an option for Drop Ship orders, regardless of how the order is placed.
Dated items (over 30 days past invoice date) seasonal items, and special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
