The Life & Ministry of Blessed Fulton J. Sheen
Blessed Fulton J. Sheen transformed modern evangelization through radio, television, and profound spiritual writings that continue to inspire hearts worldwide.
Born in El Paso, Illinois in 1895, Blessed Fulton John Sheen was ordained a priest in 1919 and became one of the most prolific theologians and public figures in American Catholic history. Through his Emmy Award-winning television program Life is Worth Living and over 100 books and pamphlets, he touched millions of souls with his wit, intellect, and fiery love for Jesus Christ.
A Lifetime Dedicated to Divine Truth and God's valuing humanity
Blessed Fulton Sheen's central spiritual practice was his daily 'Holy Hour' before the Blessed Sacrament—a commitment he kept faithfully from the day of his ordination until his death in 1979 during his Holy Hour when he passed on from this life to the next.
Today, RL George Sacred Art honors his holy cause for canonization through beautifully rendered oil portraits, archival art prints, prayer cards, note cards and embroidery designed to elevate home chapels and sacred spaces.
